Just a quick update to one of the large PMI companies in the US…..Radian has announced that they are putting the availability of PMI on hold in the states of AZ, CA, FL and NV until further notice.   This is definitely a sign that the FHA financing will continue to lead the way for first-time buyers in financing. 
 
Radian is not the only PMI company in the marketplace, however, it is usually the trend for these companies to mirror each other in the guidelines they set out.
