Lehel has been in corporate management positions with over 17 years of experience handling data analysis and reporting, including a larger lender. Lehel has been a REALTOR for over 11 years. Over the last 2 ½ years Lehel has completed over 1,800 BPOs. Lehel is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and NAR certified as a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR).

 Lehel developed this class and materials based on personal experience as well as numerous interviews with other agents that complete BPOs on a regular basis (some as amany as 150 per month).
